The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
September 02 – Day Shift
22-012233- 6500 Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised a female was slumped over in a silver vehicle in the parking lot. On scene police spoke with the female. She advised she had fallen asleep.
22-012238- 505 South Moore Road- Overdose/CPR-
The caller advised of an unconscious male in the parking lot. On scene police administered Narcan. The male was transported to the hospital by EMS.
22-012240- 3635 Ringgold Road- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown suspect removed copper pipe from the Family Dollar building’s refrigeration system. On scene police spoke with the store manager. He advised over the past week approximately $2,500 worth of copper pipe had been cut from the rear of the building.
22-012251- 6725 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.

September 02 – Night Shift
730 Germantown Circle / Domestic Assault (22-012262):
Ariel Hester was arrested on a delayed assault that took place at this address.
4320 Bennett Rd / Disorder / Arrest–other (22-012272):
Police responded to East Ridge High School to assist school personnel in dispersing a crowd after a game. Police learned of a juvenile whose phone had been stolen. Police were able to locate the suspects who took the phone, as well as the phone itself, which had been found destroyed. Police arrested two juveniles for theft and vandalism to the phone, and one of the juveniles was further charged with retaliation and resisting arrest.
6401 Ringgold Road / DUI (22-012278):
Jesse Watters was arrested for DUI after a disorder with other customers at McDonald’s.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Disorder W/ Weapon (22-012286):
Cedric Hughley was taken into custody for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia following a disorder at the Budgetel Inn. Hughley was observed to have attempted to break into a woman’s apartment after coming to her apartment drunk. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
6510 Ringgold Road / Auto Theft (22-012290):
Police responded to the Stay Express after the victim observed his truck to be stolen out of the parking lot. While speaking with the victim, officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Hope Lane for a suspicious vehicle which had been left abandoned. The abandoned vehicle was observed to be the victim’s stolen Ford F250. No damages were observed at this time and the victim declined to pursue charges.

September 03 – Day Shift
22-012294- 3220 Gleason Drive #65- Open Door/FI-
While on patrol police located an open door at this location. On checking the inside police located a man who stated that he was squatting in the apartment due to the power still working. The man was advised to leave. Officers were unable to locate the apartment manager.
22-012308- 300 blk of Camp Jordan Parkway- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised of an elderly male in the park that could barely walk. On scene police located the male and escorted him home to 201 Eads Street.

September 03 – Night Shift
6000 Ringgold Road / Assist other Agency (No Case Number):
Amy Tate was taken into custody on active General Sessions warrants.
613 Marlboro Ave / Warrant Service (22-012019):
Police obtained a warrant for theft of property against Jasper Kroll. Kroll was taken into custody at his residence on this warrant and transported to jail.
728 Frawley Road Apt 304 / Disorder with a Weapon (22-012320):
Police responded to the Parkridge Apartments regarding a disorder involving a female and male subject with a mallet. Upon arrival police made contact with a man suffering from a wound to his head. He stated his girlfriend’s children’s father forced entry into his apartment and hit him in the head with a mallet during an altercation. The man declined to pursue charges and was transported to a local hospital by EMS.
900 Spring Creek Rd / Evading Arrest (22-012324):
Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a silver Chevy Equinox which was observed to be stolen out of Chattanooga. Upon activating the emergency equipment the vehicle fled north on Spring Creek Road at a high rate of speed. The male subjects were observed to be the occupants of the vehicle.
700 Block S. Germantown Road / Arrest-other (22-012331):
Aqua Gladden was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, Driving While Suspended 2nd Offense, Altering Plates and an East Ridge warrant for Forfeiture Capias (Driving on Suspended) following a traffic stop.
7609 Standifer Gap Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-012340):
Dana Joseph Evans was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant for Criminal Trespassing. Evans was transported to Silverdale by Chattanooga Police Department on unrelated charges.
