The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
September 1 Day Shift
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Evading Arrest 22-012188):
Police observed a white Dodge Ram leaving the Budgetel. At the sight of officers the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. Officer’s attempts to stop the vehicle were unsuccessful and attempts were halted. A short time later police observed the vehicle abandoned in the 1100 block of Harvard. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Chattanooga. Police were able to identify the driver as Dominique McReynolds. Warrants are being sought for his arrest.
5301 Marion Ave (Assist Other 22-012211):
Police were dispatched to assist GSP on State Line Rd regarding a crash where the driver had fled on foot. Officers later received a call from 5301 Marion Dr, referencing the vehicle in the crash stating it was stolen from this address. Officers made contact with Jeremy Poteet who stated his truck was taken by a party who cuts his grass. It was discovered the truck was actually taken from an address in Georgia so the entire theft and crash occurred in Catoosa County’s jurisdiction. However, Poteet had confirmed full extradition warrants through Walker County. He was detained and transported to Silverdale to await extradition.
4222 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity No Number Assigned):
Caller reported a male and female subject in a maroon car were on the property asking for money. The parties were gone on arrival.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health Consumer 22-012195):
Police responded to the East Ridge Police Department in reference to mental health consumer. Police spoke with a male subject, who asked for assistance in getting his Georgia benefit card replenished. He also made several claims that Walker County Sheriff’s Deputies were surveilling him in his tent that he slept in at a Georgia location. All problems were found to be centralized in Georgia.

1500 Springvale Ave. (DUI):
Deborah Blanks was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location (22-012230)
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Assault in Progress):
Police responded to an Assault in Progress regarding a father punishing his juvenile son. Police arrived on scene and made contact with both the father and the child. Police could not determine an assault took place and the Juvenile child did not have any marks or bruises. A report is on file. (22-012218)
6800 block Martha Ave (Harassment):
Police responded to this address regarding an unknown party threatening to send revealing photos of a female to her family and co-workers. The victim advised she does not know who the party is at this time but that the photos exist in a gallery on her cell phone. (22-012219)
827 Hardin Dr (suspicious):
Reporting party called in stating they saw flashlights in the woods behind the soccer field. Nothing located. (22-012223)
