August 29 Day Shift
22-012070- 3714 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the building appeared secure.
22-012074- 6735 Ringgold Road- Theft-
The caller advised the registration tag had been stolen from his work vehicle. On scene it was determined the tag had been removed on a job site. The caller was referred to HCSO.
22-012075- 3121 Bimini Place #101- Aggravated Burglary-
The caller advised someone entered his residence and took property. On scene police spoke with the caller. He advised when he returned home at approximately 1200 hours all the lights in the residence were turned off and the rear door was open. He checked the residence and found multiple items of jewelry and tools missing from the residence. Police have no suspects in this case at this time.
22-012076- 424 Bluebird Circle- Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. On scene the house appeared secure.
22-012077- Anderson Avenue @ South Moore Road- Suspicious Person-
A passerby advised a male was observed in the lot of OLPH looking in cars. On scene the male was not located.
22-012080- 1302 San Hsi Drive- Attempted Burglary-
The caller advised someone jimmied the lock on the rear door of her residence while she was out of town. On scene police spoke with the caller. She advised she had already checked the residence, and nothing was missing. There are no suspects.
22-012081- 441 Bluebird Circle- Wires Down-
Police were dispatched with ERFD on a wires down call at this location. On scene police stood by while fire handled the call. EPB was contacted and responded.

Night Shift
6510 Ringgold Road / Disorder (22-012090):
Police responded to the Stay Express regarding staff receiving multiple complaints on the occupants of room 127. Upon arrival made contact with Adam Nichols and another man. While speaking with both parties officers observed a meth pipe in plain view to which Nichols claimed responsibility of. Police then located approximately 2.6 grams of meth and marijuana in a bag next to the meth pipe. Nichols was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
201 Eads Street / Property (22-012092):
The complainant called to report a group of juveniles had been vandalizing her front door on several occasions for the preceding week. Report on file.
6514 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop (22-012099):
Brutis Finney was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location for outstanding warrant out of Catoosa County for Burglary, Theft by taking, and criminal trespassing.
3214 Ringgold Road/ Abandoned Auto (22-012100):
Police were investigating a truck left unattended at Ringgold Road and Bails Ave. They located the driver, Nathaniel Bailey who was under the influence of drugs and in possession of fentanyl. Bailey was transported by EMS. Warrants for the appropriate charges will be applied for.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Felony Evading (22-012101):
Police responded to the Budgetel in reference to a stolen vehicle which was reported to be in the area. Police located the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The driver fled at a high rate of speed. Police did not pursue. The vehicle was later located unoccupied in Chattanooga.
1000 Spring Creek Road / SIA (22-012107):
Officers observed a motorcyclist with no shirt stopped in the middle of road at this location. Upon speaking with the rider, he stated he found the motorcycle behind an adjacent building and was attempting to push it to the Shell Gas Station on Spring Creek Road. Upon speaking with the owner of the motorcycle, he stated he did not know the subject and that no one should be in possession of his motorcycle. The owner responded to the scene but declined to pursue charges. After a search of the subject’s belongings, he was discovered to be in possession of a handgun. He was taken into custody on firearms charges along with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol.
