The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
June 10 – Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Sierra Crutcher turned herself in to police to be served with a forfeiture capias for driving on revoked.
4508 Pontiac Drive (auto theft/recovery):
The complainant advised that a vehicle he rented from Tweety’s was taken overnight. It was discovered that the suspect, Jamie Stevens, was taken into custody this morning by ERPD, and the vehicle was towed by Broome’s. The complainant responded to Broome’s to retrieve the vehicle.
3936 Ringgold Road (counterfeit money):
An unknown male attempted to purchase items from Save-a-lot with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. The suspect was gone on arrival.
3715 Ringgold Road (trespass):
Miranda Schooley was issued a criminal trespass warning at the request of Food City loss prevention.
950 Spring Creek Road (auto burglary):
The complainant reported the overnight theft of her purse from her 2018 Jeep Compass (AL tag 43KP956). A spare key to her Jeep was inside her purse. No suspect information is available.
1410 Mack Smith Road (disorder/trespass):
Police responded to a delayed verbal argument between two male subjects which had occurred in the Budgetel parking lot. Police made contact with the Elijah Young, who stated he was riding his bicycle when Marcus Dimon almost hit him with a car. That’s when the two began arguing. The desk manager stated she had been having problems with Dimon, and he was issued a criminal trespass at the request of motel staff.

June 10 – Night Shift
5436 Ringgold Rd (Aggravated Assault):
Rayburn Smolik was arrested for aggravated assault and driving while revoked (Habitual) after her pulled a gun out and pointed it at a man.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant):
Ashley Bush was served an East Ridge warrant while she was at the Hamilton County jail.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Narcotic arrest):
Akyrah Williams was arrested for possession of schedule IV and drug paraphernalia after being called out for a shoplifting call.
1410 Mack Smith Road/Intoxicated Person:
Security of Budgetel called saying Marcus R. Dimon is criminally trespassed from the motel. After finding Dimon, Security found Dimon was not trespassed. Dimon was allowed to go to the room occupied by his mother.
3300 Gleason Cir/DUI:
Jamal Gillispie was arrested for DUI and driving on revoked for DUI after Mr. Gillispie was found sleeping behind the wheel at a stop sign.

June 11 –Day Shift
128 Kingwood Dr (Agg. Burglary):
The resident reported that an unknown suspect(s) broke into his house via his back door and took his gray HP laptop and silver watch. CID was not contacted due to his children and wife contaminating the crime scene.
3725 Fountain Ave Apt 78 (Domestic Assault):
The complainant reported that her recent ex-boyfriend, Quadarius Hubbard, punched her in the face in the parking lot one time causing a laceration to the inside of her lip. A domestic assault warrant has been taken out against Mr. Hubbard.
2014 Schmidt Rd:
The resident’s unlocked vehicle was entered overnight. A Glock 43x magazine with 10 rounds in it was stolen.
1410 MACK SMITH ROAD (BUDGETEL INN):
Marcus Dimon was arrested for criminal trespassing. Dimon was trespassed from this property on 06/10/2020

4100 Ringgold Road/Arrest:
Quadarius Hubbard was arrested for poss of marijuana for resale, possession of schedule I for resale and an East Ridge warrant for domestic assault at this location.

June 12 – Day Shift
4334 Ringgold Rd-
Regions staff advised they had a male come into the branch who matched the description of a suspect who was attempting to open fraudulent accounts. Police identified the party as Mark Smith and he was taken into custody after further investigation.
1608 Sunray-
A 13-year-old male at this address was playing with a 9 mm pistol and accidentally shot himself in the head. He was transported to Erlanger for further medical treatment. CID responded and processed the scene.

June 12 – Night Shift
4500 South Terrace / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
Officers recovered a 2014 Honda Civic stolen from Chattanooga at this address. Vehicle was towed when the owner was unable to respond.
3508 Ringgold Rd/ DUI:
Jameekah L Bowling was arrested following a traffic for DUI and being in possession of a firearm while being intoxicated.
1410 Mack Smith Rd #2105 / Domestic:
Vickie Townes and Zacharie Floyd were both arrested for domestic (mutual) at this location. Floyd was transported to Parkridge East for unrelated medical concerns where he was admitted. Townes was transported to the Hamilton County Jail; warrant are pending to Floyd.
1917 Prigmore / Property:
Police responded to this location in reference to a shots fired call, it was determined a rock from the neighbor’s lawn mower had struck and broke a window on the east side of the residence.
5408 Ringgold Rd / Citation:
Skyler Rodgers was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.
6300 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Taira Truss was issued misdemeanor citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession following a traffic stop. The passenger Dontavis Wilson was arrested for theft over $1,000 and resisting arrest after a stolen Glock 42 fell out of his pants leg while exiting the vehicle.
6500 Slater Road/Disorder-Criminal Trespass:
Owner of Dept. One Three called about a male causing problems in the store by harassing the females. Mark Herren Oliver was trespassed from the business as well as transported to Hamilton County Jail on a warrant out of Elmore County, Alabama.
John Ross Road @ Blocker Lane/Crash-Police Pursuit:
Hamilton County chased a silver Mercedes. The vehicle ran off the roadway into the storm drainage at said corner.

June 13 – Day Shift
Warrant Service-
Clarence Bulloch Jr. was served East Ridge warrant number 138356 at 601.
4809 Delaware Drive- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a suspicious female knocked on her door yesterday and was wanting information about the caller’s prescriptions. The female advised she worked for Walgreens. The caller later found out Walgreens does not have door to door employees and wished to advise police of the suspicious female.
1601 Prater Road (East Ridge United Methodist Church)- Auto Theft-
The caller advised around 0600 on 6-9-20, he parked his vehicle at the church, due to the vehicle malfunctioning. He advised upon his return this date to pick the vehicle up, it was gone. He advised the vehicle was locked up before he left it on 6-9-20. Officers were unable to locate any security cameras in the area and there is no suspect info. Vehicle was entered in NCIC.

June 13 – Night Shift
5301 Ringgold Rd. / Burglary:
Officers responded to a Robbery in progress at the Walgreens. Upon officer’s arrival, the suspect had fled south on Mcbrien Rd. Officers were able to locate the suspect hiding behind an outbuilding. After detaining the suspect, it was determined this was actually a burglary and theft. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
195 Cecil Lane/Assault:
Property Manager of Veranda At The Ridge was assaulted by a tenant, Michael A. Garrett of 129 Cecil Lane. Warrant applied for.
6514 Ringgold Road:
John Doe was arrested for failure to yield, DUI, aggravated child endangerment, financial responsibility, and driving without a license following a traffic stop.
1410 Mack Smith Rd. / Disorder:
Police contacted Laqueita Chatman following a disorder at this location. Chatman was found to have active East Ridge warrants and was taken into custody.
3525 Connelly Lane (overdose):
After overdosing on heroin and refusing ambulance transport Samuel McAllister was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia

June 14 – Day Shift
704 South Seminole Drive- Warrant Service-
Justin Lane was arrest on East Ridge warrant 599247 and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1236 John Ross Road- Warrant Service-
Daniel Suarez was arrested on East Ridge warrant 140790 and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
5800 blk of Ringgold Road- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised of a male walking down the middle of Ringgold Road. Upon arrival officers located the male party in the roadway. He was identified. He was acting in a bazaar manner and could not comply with simple orders given by officers. While talking to him police asked for consent to search his bag which he agreed. Inside the bag was a glass pipe used for smoking meth, small pieces of meth, and four Amphetamine/ Dextroamphetamine pills. Once detained, he advised police he wanted to kill himself, so he was transported to Parkridge East Hospital. Warrants are being sought against him for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule two narcotics.
5816 Ringgold Road (Dominos)- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised of a white male sleeping on the ground behind the business. Upon arrival officers encountered the male. He advised he was waiting on a pizza and decided to lay down.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Suicidal Threats-
The caller advised a female subject was threatening to jump from a third-floor balcony. Upon arrival police contacted the woman. She advised she is covid-19 positive and does not want to harm herself or anyone else. Officers did not enter the room and maintained a 20-foot distance from her.

June 14 – Night Shift
6700 Ringgold Rd / Traffic:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in Christy Lynn Campbell receiving a misdemeanor citation for simple possession after officers located two loose Percocet in the vehicle during a consensual search.
5740 Ringgold Road:
Riadh Altareb was arrested for speeding, license to be carried and exhibited on demand, and resisting arrest following a traffic stop in which he refused to sign his citations and then refused to exit his vehicle.
1460 Mack Smith Road / Animal Call:
Police were called due to a dog being left inside a vehicle for a period of time. Officers spoke to animal services and they advised that the temperature was too high for the dog to be left in the vehicle without water. Police located the vehicle owner inside Cracker Barrel and advised him that he needed to remove the dog from inside the vehicle.
4301 Ringgold Road / Theft from a Vehicle:
The complainant reported that between the hours of 18:45 and 19:30, while he was eating dinner at the Epicurean Restaurant, an unknown suspect entered the cab of his Chevrolet 1500 series truck. The suspect rummaged through the glove box and center console. The suspect located a Smith and Wesson 9 mm in the center console. He took the handgun and departed the scene. The complainant stated that he got distracted and neglected to lock the doors to his truck. He will contact PD at a later time to add the model and serial number to the firearm so that it can be entered into NCIC.
6005 Welworth Ave / Assault:
A woman called police to advise she was assaulted by John Smith. John Smith was arrested for simple assault and transported.
195 Cecil Lane/Arrest-Assault:
Michael A. Garrett was arrested on assault charges stemming from an incident on June 13, 2020.
6600 Ringgold Road/Traffic-Misdemeanor Citation:
James R. Smith was issued misdemeanor citations for Driving While License Suspended, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
